At Shootouts ’N Cellys, every order is made specifically for you through our print-on-demand production partners. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our apparel is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We encourage customers to review the size charts provided on our product pages before ordering.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@shootoutsncellys.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
